Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?

2. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when the weather permits.

3. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at support@intl.jeayou.com within 3 business days after receiving the package.

4. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order. Customers who wish to return their orders due to customs and taxes will need to pay any additional shipping costs that may be incurred.
